Bumblebee's Prayer came to life as I felt inspired to combine my many interests into a children's book to show my love for God and for my newborn nephew. On a summer's walk, I asked God how to approach it and I felt Him reply, "Keep it simple; what is your favorite Bible verse?"
With enthusiasm and inspiration, I returned from my walk and wrote the entire story. The first page that I drew was the scene where Bumblebee sees the world for the first time. The vivid, ink-like watercolors of this scene set the stage for the rest of the illustrations
Two years later, with the encouragement of my friends and family, I am excited to share these books with you. May they bring you joy, deepen your knowledge of God, and inspire you and your child to live out your faith in your everyday life.
